1- चरस:- तस्करी के अंतर्गत 13 अभियोग पंजीकृत कर 15 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया जिनके कब्जे से 17 किलो 114 ग्राम 806 मिग्रा बरामद किया गया।
02 – स्मैक तस्करी के अंतर्गत 34 अभियोग पंजीकृत कर 39 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार कर उनके कब्जे से 01 किलो 672 ग्राम 817 मिग्रा बरामद किया गया।
03 – गाँजा तस्करी के अंतर्गत 02 अभियोग पंजीकृत कर 0 4 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया जिनके कब्जे से 68 किलो 370 ग्राम गाँजा बरामद किया गया
04- नशीले ईंजेक्शन तस्करी के अंतर्गत 12 अभियोग पंजीकृत कर 14 अभियुक्तों को गिरफ्तार किया गया जिनके कब्जे से 734 नशीले ईंजेक्शन बरामद किए गए।
कुल 61 पंजीकृत अभियोग 72 अभियुक्तों की संख्या
संक्षिप्त विवरण-
श्री पंकज भट्ट वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक नैनीताल द्वारा जनपद में नशा तस्करों पर ताबडतोड कार्यवाही करने तथा जनपद को नशा मुक्त बनाने हेतु मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी एवं बिक्री करने वाले तस्करों के विरुद्ध प्रत्येक थाना क्षेत्र में प्रभावी चेकिंग अभियान चलाकर नशा तस्करों की धरपकड़ करने हेतु समस्त थाना प्रभारियों एवं चौकी प्रभारियों को सख्त दिशा निर्देश दिये गये है।
डॉ0 जगदीश चंद्र, एसपी क्राईम/ट्रैफिक नैनीताल ( नोडल अधिकारी ANTF नैनीताल) के निकट पर्यवेक्षण एवम् श्री हरबन्स सिंह, एस0पी0सिटी हल्द्वानी तथा श्री भूपेन्द्र सिंह धौनी ,क्षेत्राधिकारी हल्द्वानी के पर्यवेक्षण में श्री रमेश बोरा थानाध्यक्ष मुखानी, श्री राजवीर नेगी प्रभारी एसओजी नैनीताल तथा ए0एन0टी0एफ0 की संयुक्त पुलिस टीम द्वारा दिनांक- 27-04-2023 को चैकिंग के दौरान 01 स्मैक तस्कर से भारी मात्रा में लाखों की अवैध स्मैक के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया है। अभियुक्त के विरूद्व थाना मुखानी में एन0डी0पी0एस0 एक्ट के अन्तर्गत अभियोग दर्ज किया गया है।
पुलिस द्वारा की गयी कार्यवाहीः-
एस0ओ0जी0 नैनीताल और थाना मुखानी की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा अवैध मादक पदार्थो की तस्करी की सूचना पर चौसला रोड भाखड़ा रपटा के पास मुखानी में चैकिंग के दौरान अभियुक्त विजय सिंह नेगी पुत्र स्व0 राम सिंह नेगी मूल निवासी ग्राम बेडामासी थाना चौखुटिया जिला अल्मोडा हाल निवासी किरायेदार मकान मालिक हरीश वर्मा सुनार कपिलाज के सामने ई.एन.टी अस्पताल जाने वाली गली थाना मुखानी नैनीताल के कब्जे से भारी मात्रा में 102 ग्राम अवैध स्मैक बरामद कर अभियुक्त को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।
गिरफ्तारी स्थान :- चौसला रोड भागड़ा रपटा के पास मुखानी जिला नैनीताल।
गिरफ्तार अभियुक्तः- विजय सिंह नेगी पुत्र स्व0 राम सिंह नेगी मूल निवासी ग्राम बेडामासी थाना चौखुटिया जिला अल्मोडा हाल निवासी किरायेदार मकान मालिक हरीश वर्मा सुनार कपिलाज के सामने ई.एन.टी अस्पताल जाने वाली गली थाना मुखानी – नैनीताल उम्र 30 वर्ष।
बरामदगी स्मैकः- कुल 102 ग्राम अवैध स्मैक।

अभियुक्त के विरूद्द थाना मुखानी में एफआईआर न0- 110/2023 धारा 8/21 एनडीपीएस एक्ट के अन्तर्गत अभियोग पंजीकृत किया गया।
नैनीताल पुलिस का नशा मुक्त नैनीताल अभियान लागातार जारी है ।
अपराधिक इतिहासः- अभियुक्त का अपराधिक इतिहास के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त की जा रही है।
