जिलाधिकारी पंत की अध्यक्षता संपन्न हुई उद्योग मित्रों की बैठक, 29 बिंदुओं पर हुई विस्तार से चर्चा

रुद्रपुर। जिलाधिकारी युगल किशोर पन्त की अध्यक्षता में डॉ.एपीजे अब्दुल कलाम सभागार में बुद्धवार को उद्योग मित्र की बैठक सम्पन्न हुई। जिलाधिकारी ने बैठक में 29 बिन्दुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारियों को दिये।
जिलाधिकारी ने महिला उद्यमी योजना के अन्तर्गत ब्याज उपादान दावों के निस्तारण हेतु त्रैमासिक बैठकें आयोजित कराने के निर्देश महाप्रबन्धक उद्योग को दिये। उन्होंने निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि उद्यमियों को सब्जिडी की धनराशि समय से मिले ताकि उद्यमी धनराशि का सदुपयोग कर सकें। उन्होंने औद्योगिक ईकाईयों के कम्पलीशन सर्टीफिकेट से सम्बन्धित आवेदन, निस्तारण आदि की सम्पूर्ण जानकारियां आगामी बैठक में मुहैया कराने, सीडा के उच्चाधिकारियों को बैठक में बुलाने के निर्देश सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को दिये।
जिलाधिकारी ने उद्यमियों की मांग पर सिडकुल सितारगंज क्षेत्र को अतिक्रमण मुक्त कराने के निर्देश आरएम सिडकुल को दिये। उन्होंने सिडकुल फैज-2 सितारगंज में विद्युत सब स्टेशन शीघ्र स्थापित करने हेतु कार्यवाही करने, प्लास्टिक पार्क में निर्माणाधीन विद्युत सब स्टेशन को तीन माह के भीतर पूरान करने के निर्देश विद्युत विभाग के अभियंताओं को दिये। उन्होंने सिडकुल से सितारगंज तक रोड चौड़ीकरण हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को दिये।
उन्होंने पन्तनगर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में सुरक्षात्कम दृष्टि से पुलिस बल बढव़ाने हेतु आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश आरएम सिडकुल को दिये। उन्होंने मेट्रोपोलिस मॉल के पास हाईवे पर कट बनवाने से सम्बन्धित प्रस्ताव सड़क सुरक्षा समिति में रखने के निर्देश एनएचएआई के अभियंताओं को दिये। उन्होंने रिद्धी सिद्धी कम्पनी के पास बायपास रोड निर्माण हेतु फैज-1 का स्टीमेंट तुरन्त शासन में भेजने के निर्देश आरएम सिडकुल को दिये। उन्होंने ईएसआईसी अस्पताल से आईआईई के समस्त सेक्टर के लिए कनेक्टिंग रोड निर्माण हेतु डीपीआर 10 सितम्बर तक उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होंने फुट ऑवर ब्रिज निर्माण कार्य हेतु शीघ्र टैण्डर की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कराने के निर्देश एनएचएआई के अभियंताओं को दिये।
जिलाधिकारी ने निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि सीएसआर फण्ड से जनपद में विद्यालयों का कायाकल्प करने के लिए नए रूपान्तरण के तौर पर कार्य किया जायेगा। उन्होंने सीएसआर फण्ड से विद्यालयों का कायाकल्प हेतु विद्यार्थी संख्या सहित सम्पूर्ण ब्यौरा उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी को दिये। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि सीएसआर मद से शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कार्य करने के लिए कम्पनियों को विद्यालयो एवं योजनाएं चिन्हित करने के लिए विकल्प उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे ताकि सीएसआर फण्ड का और अधिक बेहतर ढंग से उपयोग हो सके। इसके साथ ही अन्य सभी बिन्दुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा करते हुए जिलाधिकारी ने सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को महत्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश दिये।
बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी विशाल मिश्रा, अपर जिलाधिकारी डॉ.ललित नरायाण मिश्र, मुख्य कोषाधिकारी डॉ.पंकज कुमार शुक्ला, महाप्रबन्धक उद्योग चंचल बोरा, आरएम सिडकुल कमल कफल्टिया, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी आरसी आर्य, केजीसीसीआई से हरीश जी, सहित उद्यमी बीएस सेहरावत, विशाल गर्ग, अनूप सिंह, आनन्द रंजन, उमेश शर्मा, वी.सिंह. चमन सिंह, कुलदीप सिंह आदि उपस्थित थे। बैठक का संचालन महाप्रबन्धक उद्योग चंचल बोरा ने किया।
