भारी बारिश के बीच पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने सुबह से ही शुरू किया चुनाव प्रचार
लालकुआं। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और लालकुआं सीट से कांग्रेस के प्रत्याशी हरीश रावत ने बुधवार को भारी बारिश के बीच अपना चुनाव प्रचार अभियान शुरू किया। उन्होंने अपने चुनाव प्रचार अभियान की शुरुआत हल्दूचौड नारायणपुरम से की। उन्होंने महंगाई को लेकर आम जनता को सीधा संदेश दिया कि बनाओ-बनाओ कांग्रेस की सरकार, सिलेंडर नहीं होगा 500 के पार। कहा कि सरकार आते ही सबसे पहले नेशनल हाईवे को ठीक किया जाएगा। इसके लिए यदि केंद्र सरकार पैसा नहीं देगी तो राज्य सरकार अपने बजट से यह काम करेगी।
भारी बारिश के बीच नारायणपुरम और प्रगति विहार दौलिया में लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए रावत ने कहा कि क्षेत्र की सभी समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता से दूर किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि चाहे डंपरों किराया बढ़ाना हो, हल्दूचौड अस्पताल का उच्चीकरण हो, डिग्री कॉलेज में नए विषय खोलना हो यह सारे काम किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को ट्रेनिंग देकर आत्मनिर्भर बनाएगी। महिला समूहों के लिए 28 तरीके के काम शुरू किए जाएंगे। उनके द्वारा तैयार माल के विपणन का काम सरकार करेगी। उन्होंने भाजपा पर कड़ा तंज कसते हुए कहा कि यह सरकार बुजुर्ग, किसान और युवा विरोधी रही है। भाजपा ने एक परिवार एक पेंशन योजना लागू कर बुजुर्गों को पेंशन से वंचित करने का काम किया है। जिन बुजुर्गों की भाजपा सरकार ने पेंशन रोक दी थी हम उसे फिर से शुरू करने का काम करेंगे। ऐसे लगभग 69 हजार पेंशन धारक हैं जिनकी पेंशन भाजपा सरकार ने बंद कर दी। उन्होंने कहा कि जब मैं 3 साल मुख्यमंत्री रहा तो हमने 32000 युवाओं को नौकरी दी थी। लेकिन यह सरकार 5 साल में 3200 लोगों को भी नौकरी नहीं दे पाई। जबकि प्रदेश में 57000 पद खाली पड़े हैं। हमारी सरकार 5 लाख परिवारों के हर साल 40 हजार रुपए खाते में डाल डालेगी। पहले साल 100 यूनिट बिजली फ्री दी जाएगी और दूसरे साल 200 यूनिट। पूर्व मंत्री हरीश दुर्गापाल और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता हरेंद्र बोरा ने कहा कि प्रदेश के विकास के लिए हरीश रावत को जिताना बहुत जरूरी है। हरीश रावत के नेतृत्व में ही प्रदेश का विकास हो सकता है उन्होंने कहा कि यह लालकुआं की जनता का सौभाग्य है कि उन्हें हरीश रावत जैसे बड़े नेता को विधायक चुनने का अवसर मिला है। हमें यह मौका किसी भी हाल में हाथ से नहीं जाने देना है। सभा में ब्लाक प्रमुख रूपा देवी, ग्राम प्रधान संगठन की ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष रुकमणी नेगी, राजेंद्र खनवाल, बीना जोशी, पुष्पा नेगी, कैलाश भट्ट, हरेंद्र असगोला आदि मौजूद रहे।
